Free Hands-on -Assist Tutorial

In this tutorial I will show you how to correct a student during a simple flow which is a variation of Sun Salutation B.

In the first part of the video you will see how I assist the student during the flow, while in the second part I explain how to make these adjustments step-by-step.

Please – before trying these corrections on your students, try them with a friend and get some feedbacks!
